Role & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, etc.).
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring teams, and facilitating offers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Stay updated on trends in recruitment, employment law, and industry best practices.
