Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Training:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of insurance agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Development:
  • Identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and expanding the agency's market presence.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensuring the agency and its agents adhere to all relevant insurance regulations and compliance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and making adjustments to strategies as needed.
