Role Description

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement processes in an on-site, full-time role located in Pune. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, preparing and placing purchase orders, managing inventory, maintaining purchase requisitions, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. The role also involves effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and maintaining records of transactions to uphold organization standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management processes
  • Strong skills in Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience and expertise in Procurement and vendor management processes
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is a MUST
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Knowledge of construction or industrial procurement processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
