Hi Job Seekers,
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
Location- Delhi NCR
Salary - Upto 4 LPA
Role & responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers: answering inbound calls, emails, chat-messages, etc., in clear, fluent English.
- Understand customer queries/complaints, provide timely and accurate information or solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy and patience during interactions ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and actions taken.
- Follow prescribed scripts, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, refunds, or service requests, as applicable.
- Collaborate with other internal departments (sales, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to the team/management on recurring issues, customer trends, suggestions for process improvements.
- Handling non-voice channels (chat/email) apart from voice.
- Supporting international or domestic customers (may involve shift work).
- Monitoring customer feedback and helping with customer satisfaction surveys.
Key skills :
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service / call centre / BPO .
- Excellent English (spoken & written).
- Good listening skills, empathy, patience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to multitask (handle calls + update system + follow up).
- Basic computer/systems knowledge
- Team-player attitude, willing to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work shifts if required (especially voice & international support).
- Positive, customer-first mindset.
Preferred candidate profile -Any Grad Candidate with minimum 1 years of Experience can apply.
English communication should be fluent.
