Web Chat Specialist (Male Candidates Only) – Freshers | Chennai | Rotational Shifts

This is a non-voice role, perfect for someone who prefers text-based communication and enjoys problem-solving through clear, structured responses.

What You'll Do

You'll be the online face of our brand—responding to customer queries through a chat interface, helping them navigate issues, and ensuring they receive quick, accurate, friendly support.

Your day-to-day involves:

  • Monitoring and responding to customer chats
  • Typing clear and precise messages in English
  • Updating simple documentation using MS Word & Excel
  • Following process guidelines and maintaining quality standards
  • Learning quickly and supporting smooth issue resolution

  • Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends
