 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST Mon - Fri (aligns to EST/PST)

Compensation:
 ₹12 LPA fixed + uncapped incentives (target‑based)

Why this role:

You'll be our first dedicated outbound hire and a core member of the go‑to‑market team. You'll work directly with the founders to build the outbound engine from the ground up including ICP definition, messaging, sequences, and reporting. If you enjoy researching accounts, writing sharp copy, picking up the phone, and turning curiosity into pipeline, you'll love this seat.

What you'll do:

  • Own top‑of‑funnel pipeline
     for the US: map target accounts (founders, People/HR, Finance, Global Employment leaders) hiring across APAC.
  • Run 
    multi‑touch outbound
     (calls, email, LinkedIn) and consistently deliver 
    8–12 qualified meetings/month
     with our ICP.
  • Research and personalize
    : craft talk tracks and emails that speak to cross‑border hiring, compliance, and payroll pain points.
  • Qualify using BANT
     and hand off high‑intent meetings with clean notes and next steps.
  • Keep 
    CRM spotless
    : log all activities, maintain lists, and track conversion metrics end‑to‑end.
  • Experiment and iterate
    : A/B test subject lines, openers, CTAs, and call scripts; share insights to shape GTM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and competitive positioning; bring back field intel to influence product and pricing.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 1–3 years
     in an 
    Outbound SDR/BDR
     role for B2B (SaaS, HRTech, global payroll/EOR/PEO exposure is a plus).
  • Proven track record 
    running cold outreach campaigns end‑to‑end
     (list building → sequencing → calling → booking). Bring examples and metrics.
  • Comfortable prospecting the 
    US market
     and working the 
    US shift
    .
  • Excellent written and spoken English; 
    confident phone presence
     and crisp, persuasive copy.
  • Hands‑on with a modern stack: 
    HubSpot/Salesforce

    Outreach/Salesloft/Apollo

    ZoomInfo/Lusha/Clay

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    , and dialers.
  • Process‑driven, 
    metrics‑oriented
    , strong objection handling.
  • Startup DNA: resourceful, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Nice to have:

  • Prospecting into 
    HR/People Ops, Finance, Legal
    , or Founder personas.
  • Data/Excel chops for list building and basic reporting.
  • Experience selling into

     categories.
