Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Administer employee benefits, attendance, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes and coordinate appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
- Participate in audits and ensure documentation is in place.
- IR Documents upload knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
