About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated and trustworthy HR Executive / HR Generalist immediate joiner to manage all HR functions independently. This is an individual contributor role with 60% focus on recruitment and 40% on HR generalist activities, directly reporting to the Director. The role requires someone who is people-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of maintaining high confidentiality while ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (60%)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and conducting the first round of HR interviews.
- Line up candidates with department heads and the director.
- Handle salary discussions, offer letter issuance, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment databases accurately.
HR Generalist (40%)
- Maintain and update the employee database and ensure data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Complete all paperwork and documentation related to new joiners, exits, and HR records.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, including team introductions and induction sessions.
- Organize monthly employee engagement activities and parties (in-house and outdoor).
- Handle employee retention initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and assist in HR policy implementation.
- Address employee concerns professionally and discreetly.
- Support attendance, leave management, and compliance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
- 1–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and generalist functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
