Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Manage internal communications and employee engagement activities
  • Support performance appraisal cycles and training coordination
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, MIS, and documentation
  • Demonstrate HR management and HR Executive skills
  • Show experience in employee relations
  • Apply knowledge of human resources practices
  • Display strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Possess certifications in HR management or related areas, if available
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks.
  • Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, MBA or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
