MIS Executive (Contractual Role)

About the Role:

Lenskart is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and compile data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Identify trends, insights, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist in automating routine reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of organizational data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is a must, with SQL and Power BI considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
