About the Role:

We are looking for a Mid-level Executive (MIS / Data Operations) who will be responsible for managing manual data updates, validating data accuracy, and preparing reports. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Basic SQL knowledge is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data updates across multiple sources.
  • Conduct
    data quality checks
    to ensure accuracy and consistency before publishing dashboards/reports.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams (Marketplace, Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.)
    to collect, validate, and update data.
  • Support in maintaining and updating
    business dashboards
    by providing manual inputs where required.
  • Use
    basic SQL queries
    to pull data from databases for ad-hoc checks or reporting.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manual data processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH), PivotTables, SUMIFS/COUNTIF, data validation, data cleaning & formatting
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on
    accuracy and consistency in data handling
    .
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with different teams.
  • Ability to manage repetitive manual tasks with ownership and accountability.
  • SQL knowledge (basic)
    is preferred.
