Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Gwalior & Jabalpur

Salary: 20, ,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads for construction equipment or related products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand and address

customer requirements.

  • Offer technical advice and support based on client needs.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure end-to-end customer

satisfaction.

  • Travel extensively within Gwalior and Jabalpur and surrounding regions as per business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 45 years of sales experience in any of the following industries:
  • Construction Equipment Machines
  • Truck Sales
  • Tractor Industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage territory independently and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related

technical field (preferred).

  • Fluency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.
  • Willingness to travel as per territory needs.
