Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, generating sales, and maintaining customer relations. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, proposing relevant solutions, and offering technical product support. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service and product delivery.

Qualifications

  • Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Sales and a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the trading and tools industry is advantageous
