**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Supervision**:

- Lead and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on project requirements and worker skills

**Project Execution**:

- Plan daily operations and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure projects progress according to timelines and specifications.

**Quality Assurance**
- Monitor workmanship to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Inspect completed work and address any deficiencies promptly.

**Material and Equipment Management**:

- Manage inventory of materials and tools, ensuring availability.
- Coordinate equipment usage and maintenance.

Pay: ₹11,094.67 - ₹34,224.72 per month
