Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Ad Strategist—a seasoned paid media expert with 3–6 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and executing cross-channel campaigns. In this role, you will act as the technical subject matter expert, translating strategic goals into actionable media plans and ensuring flawless execution, optimization, and performance across client accounts. You will collaborate closely with business consultants and internal teams to deliver measurable, data-backed growth for multiple high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Onboarding & Alignment (First 30 Days)
• Learn the company's performance marketing frameworks, playbooks, and systems.

  • Understand how AI, automation, and analytics are integrated into campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with business consultants to align on client goals and account strategies.
  • Audit existing campaigns to identify optimization opportunities and strategic gaps.

Ownership & Execution (Next 60 Days)
• Take complete ownership of paid media execution across assigned accounts.

  • Lead campaign planning, setup, optimization, and reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Manage large-scale Meta Ads campaigns and apply advanced creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to proactively enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Mentor junior paid media team members by reviewing their work and guiding tactical execution.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation (Beyond 90 Days)
• Lead paid media strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.

  • Develop scalable playbooks, campaign systems, and reporting templates.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and tech teams to drive full-funnel performance marketing initiatives.
  • Introduce new testing ideas, automation practices, and strategic frameworks to strengthen the paid media function.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on paid media experience, primarily with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client portfolios.
  • Strong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights effectively.
  • Experience using AI tools, automation, or light scripting to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, funnel measurement, and blended ROAS.
  • Experience working with D2C, SaaS, or healthcare brands.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, Slack, and Asana/ClickUp.
