Job Title: Manager Debt Origination & Execution

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the origination and execution of debt transactions. The role involves managing a team responsible for preparing transaction materials, lender reports, and monitoring compliance. This is a critical position requiring a solid understanding of debt markets, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in financial documentation and stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates will have experience in banking, NBFCs, or AIFs, with a background in finance or accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the origination and execution of debt transactions across various financial instruments.

  • Manage and guide a team to:

  • Prepare transaction-related documents such as teasers, information memorandums, credit appraisal memos (CAMs), and diligence notes.

  • Compile and analyze data for monthly reporting and prepare monitoring data packs and book debts for lenders.

  • Monitor and report compliance with loan covenants on a quarterly basis or as per the terms of the loan agreements.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for lenders and internal stakeholders on debt-related matters.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in originating and executing debt deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in creating high-quality financial materials for lenders.
  • CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss analysis.
  • Excellent command of written English, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
