About the Role
We are looking for a motivated
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring, HR technology, and process automation while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in
sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
across various roles. - Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for
interviews and assessments
. - Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and reports.
- Support the team in
ATS / HRMS implementation
, data migration, and testing. - Brainstorm and contribute
ideas for HR process automation and improvement
. - Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
by following up and communicating effectively.
Requirements
- Pursuing
MBA/PGDM in HR
or any
Graduation stream
(for unpaid internships). - Interest in
Recruitment, HR Operations, and HR Technology
. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to HR tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.

- End-to-End Recruitment Exposure:
Gain hands-on experience in the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to offer closure. - Stakeholder Management:
Learn effective communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers and candidates. - HR Technology Implementation:
Understand the practical aspects of implementing HR systems and aligning them with business needs. - Process Optimization & Innovation:
Develop problem-solving skills by identifying opportunities for automation and suggesting improvements. - Professional Etiquette & Documentation:
Learn best practices in maintaining structured records, reporting, and data accuracy.
