Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor Civil will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site execution activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and supporting timely completion of work as per approved drawings and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and external development works.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
  • Maintain daily site reports including manpower, material usage, and progress updates.
  • Check levels, alignment, and ensure measurement accuracy for civil works.
  • Oversee material receipt, verification, and usage as per BOQ and project plan.
  • Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping standards are maintained on site.
  • Support the Project Engineer/Manager in planning and scheduling work.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients during site inspections and audits.
  • Identify site issues, propose solutions, and report deviations to management.
  • Supervise subcontractor work and verify measurements for billing purposes.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget and quality norms.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and site execution practices.
  • Hands-on experience in both residential and commercial project execution.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
