Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for a Site Supervisor based in Bengaluru, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site execution of residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and design specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and vendors, supervising teams, handling project documentation, maintaining quality standards, and resolving any on-site challenges. The role involves close communication with designers and clients to ensure seamless implementation of vision into reality.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Technical skills related to construction processes, materials, and interior fit-out standards.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle on-site issues and ensure work is completed on time and to specifications.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with teams, contractors, and clients and maintain clear documentation.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using project management or design tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in interior design or construction project supervision is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with part-time on-site presence and remote work flexibility.
