Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, GST filing, TDS filing, and invoice preparation, along with experience in handling daily financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Handle GST returns filing and compliance.
  • Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on qualifications & experience).
