Job Summary :

IP SUPERSHOPPEE PVT LTD., the parent company of , a growing multi-seller eCommerce platform, is looking for smart, detail-oriented Accountants to support our expanding finance operations. The role involves handling daily accounting tasks, payment reconciliation, GST compliance, seller settlements and financial reporting tailored for an online marketplace environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a technology-driven company in the fast-paced eCommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities for an online multi-seller platform.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, commissions, shipping charges and payment gateways.
  • Reconcile online transactions from various marketplaces and payment providers (Razorpay, Paytm, COD partners, etc.).
  • Prepare monthly seller payout reports and statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and seller invoices.
  • Ensure proper GST and TDS compliance specific to eCommerce transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Assist in month-end closings, audits and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to resolve accounting issues.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience or familiarity with accounting processes in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally with GST, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Knowledge of GST, TDS and e-invoicing related to online transactions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and payment gateway reconciliation.
  • Prior experience with multi-seller marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with digital payment platforms and COD reconciliation.
