Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Support management with financial analysis and budget preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
  • 0–3 years of accounting experience (freshers can also apply).
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
