Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounts & Back Office Executive (Female) with 10–15 years of expertise in accounting, taxation, operations, and back-office management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, e-Invoicing, TDS, ROC filing, and taxation along with proven experience in procurement, purchase order creation, inventory management, and team handling. She must possess excellent managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Finance:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, e-Invoicing, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
  • Procurement & Operations:
  • Create and process Purchase Orders (POs), vendor bills, and payment follow-ups.
  • Manage procurement activities, vendor relations, and negotiation for best pricing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock reconciliation.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Responsible for ROC filings, statutory returns, and company law compliances.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and financial planning.
  • Back Office & Administration:
  • Supervise and guide the back-office team ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain documentation, agreements, and contracts.
  • Support management in decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Leadership & Problem Solving:
  • Handle a team of junior executives, providing training and performance monitoring.
  • Resolve critical issues with effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, ROC, and taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong managerial skills with proven team-handling experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making ability.

Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
  • Professional certifications (if any) will be an added advantage.
