
Business Development Professional

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits, and product presentations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Qwind products.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation, order processing, and timely delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth areas.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in building materials, fenestration, or construction industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Own vehicle for client visits (preferred).
Education:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
