About Solar Ladder

Solar Ladder is a Fullstack Supply Chain platform for Solar Installers providing Software (SaaS), Financing & Procurement and 3D Solar Design solutions to solar installers. Our goal is to help solar installers increase solar adoption by automating and simplifying ancillary functions and focus on expansion of setting up solar panels. Essential Skills and Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Possess strong conflict resolution skills
  • Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
  • SaaS background preferred
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry the onboarding and documentation process for the customer.
  • Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Handle feedback calls and come up with a strategy to improve customer experience.
  • Gather information about customer complaints.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and business associates.
  • Analyze and track performance-activation, engagement, retention, and churn data.
  • Design and customize proposals according to client requirements.
