Role Description - LUXURY DNA

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resort Manager located in Dalhousie, Himachal. The Resort Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, budgeting, and maintaining the resort's high standards. This role includes tasks such as hiring and training staff, managing property maintenance, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the financial health of the resort through effective budgeting practices.

Qualifications

  • Luxury DNA & good background of Luxury resort operations
  • Happy to work in remote locaiton
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Ability to lead and manage Hiring processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
