We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales at
Golden Tulip Grand View Resort Candolim, Goa
. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales, and driving revenue growth for the hotel from your city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals of the hotel
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
  • Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams for the unit
  • Work closely with the corporate and unit sales teams to ensure business development
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel and communicate timely to the Corporate Sales team
  • Align sales strategies of the hotel to the organization goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 7+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry preferably in the feeder market of Delhi
  • Experience of working in the feeder market is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
