Strategic planning

    1. Responsible for developing an annual strategic plan (P&L) along for every brand every channel partner as well as our e-commerce website (collectively called "ecommerce platforms" hereafter)

Onboarding Marketplaces

    1. Onboard the brands on all ecommerce platforms.
    1. Negotiate and finalize agreement for new channel partners.
    1. Furnish all required information as needed for the onboarding process.
    1. List products on all ecommerce platforms (new and existing).
    1. Manage content and collateral for the listing process .

Pricing

    1. Develop pricing strategies to increase sales on company websites and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Tatacliq etc.

Sales Management

    1. Responsible for meeting the targets set in the strategic plan
    1. Manage orders routed through all ecommerce platforms including management, overview, order fulfilment, inventory management and logistics (liaising with Operations and Delivery team)
    1. Manage campaigns for various online events, festive offers on all ecommerce platforms
    1. Maintain database of orders, inventory feedback
    1. Maintain and monitor the performance of the sales strategy on an ongoing basis
    1. Maintain and monitor (and suggesting changes) as needed to the Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) or other similar equivalent services provided by "aggregator" ecommerce platforms
    1. Manage & plan Inventory based on sales.
  • Inventory Replication as per sales as per warehouse requirement.
  • Reporting and reconciliation.
    1. Develop AOP to target sales revenues for the particular period and ensure implementation of the annual strategic plan by setting monthly targets / goal
    1. Plan to grow the online business on basis of various parameters like competitor mapping, pricing, product category
    1. Research about relevant categories for boosting sales on existing and potential marketplaces
    1. Maintain relationship with Brand managers , Account managers & getting info for new products & schemes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
