About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven E-Commerce Manager to lead marketplace growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong business acumen, hands-on marketplace expertise, and the ability to drive revenue while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Strategy

  • Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra & emerging platforms
  • Ensure optimal listing hygiene catalog setup, pricing, attributes, keyword enrichment, and imagery optimization
  • Ensure compliance with category guidelines and marketplace policies

Sales Growth & Revenue Management

  • Own sales targets, profitability, and market share growth
  • Plan promotional activities, deal events, visibility campaigns
  • Improve CTR, conversion, and repeat purchase rates

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: Sales, RoAS, returns, inventory, margins
  • Share weekly/monthly performance dashboards with insights and actions
  • Competitor benchmarking for pricing & assortment strategy

Inventory & Supply Coordination

  • Demand planning & stock allocation across channels
  • Monitor fill rates, ageing stock & warehouse coordination
  • Manage claims, reconciliations & financial settlements with platforms

Advertising & Brand Visibility

  • Plan & optimize ads: Amazon Advertising, Flipkart PLA, Myntra Ads
  • Build and elevate brand presence via A+ Content, Brand Store, creative banners
  • Coordinate product launches and merchandising campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, marketing, product & customer support teams
  • Manage relationships with marketplace category teams for growth initiatives

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of proven experience in marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central, Vendor Central, Myntra Partner Hub etc.
  • Expertise in promotional planning, P&L ownership & marketplace advertising
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
  • MBA preferred (Tier-2 institutes desirable)
