We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Front Office team at Alila Fort Bishangarh Jaipur, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance team performance and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze front office metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front office leadership role, preferably in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
