Role Overview

We're looking for a Content & Documentation Expert
who can craft clear, engaging, and well-structured content across multiple formats. This role involves creating marketing content (such as blogs, web pages, and product write-ups) as well as maintaining detailed, easy-to-follow product documentation and knowledge base articles.

The ideal candidate is comfortable translating technical product features into clear benefits, has a strong grasp of SEO and content strategy, and can adapt their writing tone for both marketing and technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing:

  • Write, edit, and optimize blog posts, landing pages, feature pages, case studies, and other website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars aligned with SEO strategy and business goals.
  • Ensure content is original, well-structured, and aligns with the LeadAngel brand voice.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach.

Product Documentation:

  • Create and maintain user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and in-app help content.
  • Translate complex product workflows into clear, step-by-step instructions and visual guides for end users.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to keep documentation up to date with the latest releases.
  • Maintain consistency and clarity in documentation across different modules and integration pages (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

Quality & Governance:

  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
  • Maintain structured documentation templates and content standards.
  • Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve clarity and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, technical writing, or documentation for SaaS/B2B products.
  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write for both marketing and technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Experience working with content management systems (e.g., , WordPress, or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
