Role OverviewYou’ll work directly with the Founder to create and manage her personal and founder Instagram presence, documenting her journey of building Syncere — a luxury, natural haircare brand.Your job is to turn everyday brand-building moments into aesthetic, emotionally resonant, and viral digital content.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation- Shoot short-form videos and behind-the-scenes clips of the Founder at work, during meetings, product shoots, travels, or Syncere events.- Capture lifestyle and aesthetic shots aligned with the brand tone (clean, minimal, luxury, Indian-modern).- Create founder reels: voiceovers, vlogs, storytelling, or trend-based edits.Editing & Visuals- Edit high-quality reels and photos for Instagram (Reels + Carousels + Stories).- Maintain consistent color tones, fonts, and mood as per Syncere’s brand aesthetic- Prepare weekly content folders for approval.Creative Direction- Ideate with the Founder on content topics: mindset, brand building, beauty rituals, behind-the-scenes, founder life.-Coordination- Collaborate with Syncere’s agency (MCC) when needed for brand cross-posting.- Assist with basic on-set tasks during shoots/events (light, camera, background setup).Founder Communication and PR -- Draft and visually design LinkedIn posts, founder letters, and brand storytelling pieces.- Create short “talk-to-camera” clips on brand philosophy, beauty industry insights, or entrepreneurship for Reels/YouTube.- Maintain your press kit — portraits, short bio, Syncere milestones.Data Organisation and PR- Keep a tracker of your content calendar, ideas, shoot dates, and performance analytics.- Help organize folders for Syncere’s visuals, marketing collaterals, and social media assets.Skills & Personality- Strong aesthetic eye — understands minimal, elegant luxury visuals.- Video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or Adobe Rush).- Good sense of storytelling, captions, and social media tone.- Organized, punctual, and comfortable working directly with Founder.- Photography or Reels experience with creators/brands.- Strategic & Brand Understanding- Operational & Managerial Skills- Soft SkillsExperience Background1–3 years of experience in:- Content creation or visual storytelling for premium or lifestyle brands.- Working with founders, D2C brands, or agencies in fashion, beauty, or design sectors.- Social media management or photography for brands or creators.
