Location Supela Bhilai Chhattisgarh Experience Required 2 Years Department Content Product Documentation Company Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd About Vyakar Technologies Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd is a growing technology company delivering innovative SaaS solutions in marketing and sales automation We thrive on creativity collaboration and problem-solving to build products that empower global businesses Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Content Documentation Expert to join our team at Vyakar Technologies Pvt Ltd The role involves creating editing and maintaining high-quality product documentation knowledge base articles training materials and process documents The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences Key Responsibilities Create and maintain user manuals product documentation knowledge base articles FAQs and release notes Collaborate with product managers developers and QA teams to gather accurate information Ensure documentation is aligned with brand guidelines tone and quality standards Continuously update content to reflect new features enhancements and process changes Develop internal documentation and training materials for cross-functional teams Ensure documentation is structured searchable and easy to navigate Conduct peer reviews and ensure version control of all documentation Research best practices and continuously improve documentation processes Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in English Journalism Communications Technical Writing or a related field 2-4 years of proven experience as a Content Writer Documentation Specialist or Technical Writer preferably in IT SaaS Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English grammar and style Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools e g Confluence MS Office Google Workspace Notion Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Skills Experience in a software development or SaaS environment Familiarity with UX writing and SEO best practices Basic knowledge of HTML Markdown XML Exposure to working in Agile Scrum teams What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience A chance to work on cutting-edge SaaS products Collaborative and supportive work culture Growth opportunities within a fast-scaling tech company Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
