We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team.

As a Guest Service Associate in the Food & Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and seating guests in the restaurant.
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing detailed information about the menu and making recommendations.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
