The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and proactive
PS (Professional Services) Systems Solutions Consultant
to optimize our enterprise systems architecture and drive business value. This role goes beyond system administration - you'll act as a trusted advisor who delivers solutions, drives continuous improvement, and partners with Operations and Delivery teams to enhance performance and efficiency through expert system management and strategic innovation.
What You'll Do
System Management & Maintenance
- Manage system upgrades and ensure seamless implementation across all platforms
- Maintain and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to all models and structures
- Oversee resource and user creation, maintenance, and ongoing updates
- Partner with integration teams to maintain integrations between Portfolios, Salesforce and NetSuite, managing changes and enhancements as needed
Configuration & Standardization
- Manage global configurations and enhancements based on input from Operations and Delivery teams
- Standardize all structures, attributes, templates, and configurations to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Implement and maintain best practices across all system architectures
Third-Party Vendor Management
- Oversee third-party assignments, costs, and invoices within Ivalua procurement platform
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure accurate tracking of external resource utilization
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices
- Maintain accurate records of third-party engagements and associated costs
Solution Delivery & Troubleshooting
- Provide expert troubleshooting and timely resolution to delivery and operations requests
- Proactively audit, analyze, investigate, and report on potential issues related to rates, financials, and resource effort metrics that may affect overall Professional Services performance
- Monitor system health and address concerns before they impact operations
- Deliver solutions that directly impact business outcomes
Strategic Collaboration & Optimization
- Work closely with Operations and Delivery teams to suggest enhancements, simplifications, and efficiency gains resulting from potential architecture, process, or configuration changes
- Partner with GRS to maintain and optimize primary reports
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Act as a consultant to stakeholders on best practices and system capabilities
Documentation & Change Management
- Create and provide comprehensive documentation and change management assets for Professional Services
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides
- Ensure all changes are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational acumen and the ability to communicate effectively
Required Technical Background And Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or similar field
- 2+ Years Experience with enterprise systems in a delivery or consulting capacity; Such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Portfolios (or similar portfolio management tools)
- 2+ Year Experience working with system integrations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with PowerBI or other data analysis platforms
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
The following skills and experience are valuable but not required - we're looking for someone eager to learn:
- Background in project and resource management domains
- Experience in procurement processes and vendor management
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process improvement frameworks
- Ability to create clear documentation and manage change processes
