You are a perfect technical fit if:

You know the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
You can demonstrate strong technical accounting skills.
You have ability to handle complex transactions.
You have an expert level knowledge of Accounting Standards (IND AS) and compliance requirements relevant to financial reporting.
You are proficient in software applications (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Excel, PPT) and business intelligence tools (Power BI).
You have a proven track record of successfully implementing financial MIS solutions and driving process improvements within a corporate finance environment.
You have an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
You are a professional, dedicated team member operating in every major market across the globe, with a knack for helping businesses thrive and expand.

You Have All Our Desired Qualities, if's:

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or a similar with strong advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
You must have at least 5 years' experience in general and tax accounting or finance.
You must have fair understanding of Tally Prime, TDS & GST returns.
You must have knowledge of bank reconciliation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Your everyday work will look like:

Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Follow up with sales team and customers for timely payments. Managing sales receivables and payables. 
Vouching of vendor invoices in Tally prime.
Monthly tax payments such as TDS, GST, PT and PF.
Manages the payroll process.
Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analysing account information.
Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
Should be well versed with legal and compliance.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule.
Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. 
Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary
