Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and career-oriented freshers to join our Business Development
team. As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new leads, understanding
client needs, and helping drive sales for our IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
Initiate outbound communication via emails, LinkedIn, and calls
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations
Collaborate with internal technical teams for customized client solutions
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
Key Skills & Competencies
Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory
Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas
Basic understanding of IT services and sales processes
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns is a plus
Educational Qualification
• BE/ MCA/ BCA
• B.Tech / M.Tech (IT/Computer)
• MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred with IT knowledge)
