Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and career-oriented freshers to join our Business Development

team. As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new leads, understanding

client needs, and helping drive sales for our IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

  • Initiate outbound communication via emails, LinkedIn, and calls

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations

  • Collaborate with internal technical teams for customized client solutions

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory

  • Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas

  • Basic understanding of IT services and sales processes

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email campaigns is a plus

Educational Qualification


• BE/ MCA/ BCA


• B.Tech / M.Tech (IT/Computer)


• MBA in Sales or Marketing (preferred with IT knowledge)
