The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, and lead nurturing activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to generate leads and introduce company products/services. Create and execute email marketing campaigns to reach potential customers. Identify, research, and qualify new business leads. Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and follow-up information. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team. Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities. Prepare and share daily/weekly lead generation and follow-up reports. Understand client needs and provide relevant information about products/services. Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
