Operations Manager

in
coordinating processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficiency across departments
, acting as the bridge between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate daily operations across production, warehouse, logistics, and support teams.

● Ensure timely execution of dispatches and order fulfillment.

● Assist in planning and monitoring of operational schedules, workforce management, and resource allocation.

● Track and maintain inventory records in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams.

● Support quality control and compliance checks to maintain operational standards.

● Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and highlight areas of

improvement.

● Identify process bottlenecks and work with management to implement solutions.

● Serve as a communication link between floor teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Operations, Management, Supply Chain, or a

related field
.

● 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.

● Strong knowledge of operational processes (dispatch, inventory, resource management).

● Proficiency in
MS Excel, ERP tools, and reporting systems
.

● Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills.

● Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
