Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's strategy and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and performance marketing, with a proven track record in B2B marketing and e-commerce. You will oversee the development and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns that enhance our market presence and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee advertising sales initiatives, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts including email marketing, content marketing, and Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product management and sales strategies.
