The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise sales expertise, a proven track record in strategic partnerships, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to scale business in emerging markets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & StrategyDrive go-to-market strategy and business growth across international geographies, identifying high-potential markets and unlocking new revenue streams.Enterprise Sales LeadershipOwn and execute end-to-end sales cycles – from consultative selling to negotiating and closing high-value deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure seamless market entry and client success.Product Positioning & MessagingTranslate technical product capabilities into compelling, value-based solutions tailored for international clients.Team Building & LeadershipHire, develop, and lead regional business development and partnerships teams, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.Data-Driven StrategyUse market intelligence and performance analytics to refine strategies, improve conversion, and track success metrics.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones and diverse cultural contexts.P&L OwnershipTake full ownership of the international business unit’s P&L – drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and ensure long-term profitability.What We’re Looking For10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech or SaaS.Prior experience in international markets, particularly Southeast Asia, is strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage CXO-level relationships, and close large-scale deals.Strong cross-functional leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
