We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Head to oversee the administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee overall school administration with special focus on transport management, horticulture, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Manage school transport services ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
- Supervise horticulture activities to maintain green, clean, and eco-friendly campus environment.
- Coordinate housekeeping staff for cleanliness and hygiene standards across the campus.
- Oversee maintenance and facility management ensuring well-functioning infrastructure and prompt resolution of issues.
- Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate teams across these functional areas for smooth operations.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships related to all administrative services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Facility Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience managing school administration, including transport, horticulture, housekeeping, and facilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE norms and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to strategize and implement operational improvements.
