**Join Our Team as an Admin & Office Assistant at Evolet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk & Visitor Management**: Manage the reception area by welcoming guests, handling phone calls, directing queries, and ensuring a professional first impression.
- **Office Administration**: Coordinate travel and hotel bookings, organize meetings, oversee event and festival arrangements, and manage other administrative tasks as required.
- **Courier & Logistics Coordination**: Maintain courier records, track dispatches, liaise with courier partners, and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Procurement & Vendor Coordination**: Monitor office supplies, place orders, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
- **Documentation & Communication**: Manage correspondence (mails, courier, fax, etc.) and maintain efficient paper/electronic filing systems.
- **Event & Training Records**: Ensure proper documentation of events, trainings, and celebrations by capturing and maintaining photographs and related records.
- **HR Support (as assigned)**: Assist in maintaining attendance records, coordinating interviews, managing basic employee documentation, and supporting HR initiatives as per directions from the reporting head.
- **Clerical Supervision & Bookkeeping**: Oversee clerical staff, support basic bookkeeping tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Courteous, soft-spoken, and approachable personality with a proactive attitude.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
