Proven, trusted, non-hallucinating, our assistants are empowering financial professionals and delivering 10x improvements by supporting them in their day-to-day tasks.Detailed Role Description:The Head of Marketing (India) will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all marketing initiatives to promote Galytix's brand and offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and data-driven decision-making to drive results across all channels.- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness.- Content Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a content marketing strategy that includes blogs, videos, posts, and other formats designed to attract and engage our target audience.- Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize the company's social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), creating engaging content and leveraging social channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.- Campaign Management: Lead and manage marketing campaigns (content, social media, PPC, SEO, etc.)- Collaboration: Partner with product, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing data to optimize strategies.- Brand Development: Ensure consistency of the company's brand voice and messaging across all platforms and communication channels.- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and effectively across marketing activities.- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making.- Digital Marketing Expertise: Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance online presence and drive engagement.- Event Marketing: Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and other outreach programs.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree a plus).- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing in Tech/ SAAS/ Product firms.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing analytics tools.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.Why do you not want to miss this career opportunity?- We are a mission-driven firm that is revolutionising the Insurance and Banking industry.
