About the Role

We are looking for a
Category Associate
who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the accuracy, appeal, and completeness of our product catalogue on the portal. The ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and an eye for creating catalogues that are visually engaging and user-friendly.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in e-commerce, operations, or category management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Catalogue Management:
  • Verify product prices regularly to ensure accuracy across the portal.
  • Update inventory details to reflect real-time stock and availability.
  • Track and update
    ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
    for products.

  • Maintain completeness and correctness of product specifications, descriptions, and images.

  • Quality & Aesthetics:

  • Ensure catalogues are visually appealing, consistent, and easy to navigate.
  • Work with design/marketing teams to improve product presentation.

  • Spot catalogue gaps and recommend improvements for better user experience.

  • Operational Support:

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to validate product and pricing information.
  • Support promotional campaigns by updating catalogues with correct offers and deals.
  • Generate basic reports to monitor catalogue performance and highlight issues proactively.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a reputed college (preferably in Commerce, Economics, Management, or related fields).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
  • Aesthetic sense for well-presented catalogues (basic design sense is a plus).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
