With a strong presence in Asia, the Middle East, and the African regions, OM TELENTIA is renowned for its high-quality service and niche call termination to fixed and mobile networks. The company also offers cost-effective SMS switches for its retail and wholesale partners. Potential clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. The role also includes preparing sales reports and providing input on market trends and opportunities.

We are looking for a highly qualified and results-driven candidate with 4 years of proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should have successful sales experience in the Domestic (SMS) and be able to handle high-pressure sales environments with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

 Convert prospects into long-term clients by offering tailored solutions.

 Sell company services/products in assigned territories (includes A2P, bulk SMS, P2P, SMTP, and related telecom/messaging solutions).

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 Conduct regular follow-ups and provide after-sales support.

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.

 Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business growth opportunities.

 Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and field demonstrations.

 Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and update CRM regularly.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in field sales / direct client interaction (B2B preferred).

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

 Familiarity with telecom/IT messaging services (A2P, SMS, P2P, etc.) will be an added advantage.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
