Key Responsibilities

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Analyze sales data, track progress, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales role.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Client Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
