Position: Customer Service Representative (Live Chat Support) Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

CTC: 25,000 35,000/month

Role Summary:

  • To escalate the queries of the customer via Chat/Email and Voice
  • Resolve the customer issue for international customers.
  • To provide the best resolution to the customers.
  • Maintain the better relationship with the customers.
  • Meet the customers requirements and provide them satisfaction with the best resolution of their queries.
  • Qualification: 12th and Above
  • Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)
