Technical Leadership (Lead, Unblock & Quality Oversight) ● Act as the primary technical lead and decision-maker for the development team. ● Mentor, guide, and unblock developers by providing code-level solutions and technical insights. ● Ensure adherence to QA processes and documentation standards, validating test coverage and enforcing quality checks. ● Act as a technical Scrum Master—plan engineering tasks, align sprint goals, and prioritize technical debt when required. ● Define and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and architectural guidelines. Software Development (~70%) ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using , , Angular, MongoDB, TypeScript, and JavaScript. ● Lead by example with hands-on coding, thorough code reviews, and active technical collaboration. ● Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and team productivity. Architecture & Cloud/DevOps (~30%) ● Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable application, data, and cloud infrastructures. ● Own and optimize the tech stack, evaluating emerging technologies where applicable. ● Lead Cloud/DevOps initiatives—design and implement deployments on DigitalOcean, establish CI/CD pipelines, and manage infrastructure-as-code. ● Define the long-term technical roadmap while ensuring successful delivery of short-term goals. Cross-functional Collaboration ● Partner with Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and leadership to transform business and user requirements into technical solutions. ● Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Required ● 7–10+ years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead. ● Strong expertise in , , Angular, MongoDB, TypeScript, and JavaScript. ● Proven experience in DigitalOcean deployments, CI/CD pipeline creation, and infrastructure automation. ● Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers. ● Experience ensuring QA process adherence and documentation completeness. ● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to removing technical blockers. ● Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. ● Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and tools like Jira and Confluence. ● Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience developing multi-lingual applications. ● Familiarity with APIs such as Zoom, DocuSign, and SurveyMonkey. ● Background in healthcare, scientific, or regulated industries

Job Type: Full-time
