We're looking for a Technical Lead who can lead by example—owning architecture, guiding engineers,and actively writing code as part of the team.

Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on coding and system design experience. - Strong expertise in: - Frontend: React / / TypeScript - Backend: / Laravel / Python - Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB - Cloud: AWS or Google Cloud Platform - Experience in building and scaling products in a startup environment. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and API architecture. - Excellent.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers. - Design, build, and deploy scalable web and mobile applications. - Actively contribute as a hands-on developer, writing clean and maintainable code. - Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and security. - Implement and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD. - Own the delivery of critical features and ensure smooth deployments. - Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams. - Research and adopt new tools or frameworks to improve speed and reliability.
